Returns and Refunds
Our Policy Information
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, we will be happy to provide an exchange for the same product. Please contact our customer service team at support@bseasoning.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged product to initiate an exchange. We will require proof of damage in the form of a photo or video, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
